The Ennis Multi-Purpose Community Center committee will be meeting on the third Friday of each month at 6 p.m., at New Founder’s Baptist Church located at 1903 Lafayette Street.

The Friends of the Ennis Public Library will hold a Spring Mini Book Sale on Friday, April 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, April 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Many titles in fiction, non-fiction, childrens’, old, collectible, etc.

Demascus Road Fellowship Church now offers Al-Anon meetings. Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the DRF Youth Building located at 113. W. Knox St.

The Ennis Garden Club is working to have a year-round gift shop inside the new Ennis Welcome Center located on the corner of NW Main Street and Knox St.
