Newsweek Magazine’s 2019 ranking of businesses nationwide includes a section on service at fast food restaurants. Their June 27 issue revealed a not-so-secret that Chick-fil-A remains on top of the charts with a 9.11 on a 10-scale ranking. Second was a tie between Sonic Drive-In restaurants and Arby’s, both with an 8.21 ranking.
