Covid-19 vaccines ready in Ellis Co.

Availability of COVID-19 vaccines continued this week with the fourth week of distribution in Ellis County. Four vaccination providers in Ennis have been listed, including Ennis Regional Medical Center. Each have been allotted 100 vaccines each.

The State of Texas notified county officials they were distributing 1,500 vaccines to Ellis County.

Todd Little, the county judge, released 14 sites where inoculations can be received.

Shots can be administered in Eastern Ellis County at ERMC at 2201 W. Lampasas St., as well as at the HEB Pharmacy at 101 S. Clay St., at Hometown Drug at 718 W. Lampasas St., and at Walgreens Pharmacy, located at 606 W. Ennis Ave.

Waxahachie, the county seat, has five sites; Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, who has 200 shots available. The hospital is at 2460 N. IH 35-E. The remaining four in ‘Hachie are at HEB Pharmacy (800 N.

Hwy 77), The Prescription Shop (120 S. Grand Ave.), Walgreens Pharmacy (1201 Ferris Ave.) and Waxahachie Pharmacy LLC (401 N. Hwy 77).

Midlothian has three and Red Oak has two designated locations.

Midlo – Brookshires Pharmacy (1400 E. Main St.), Krogers Pharmacy (2200 FM 663), and Walgreens Pharmacy (1481 E. Main St.).

Red Oak – Brookshires Pharmacy (105 E. Ovilla Rd.) and Walgreens Pharmacy (107 E. Ovilla Rd.).
