Ellis County announced this week the capital murder case for the shooting deaths of Rodney Dent and Caleb Clark has been set for a jury trial on Monday, June 19, 2023. The case is indicted in the 443rd District Court at 109 S. Jackson Street in Waxahachie.
Jurors will likely be selected on June 6, 2023.
