Dr. Lindsey Clark-Fass was sworn in as a trustee on the EISD school board during a special meeting on Tuesday, July 26, at the Central Offices on W. Knox St. Following her installment vows, officiated by Bill Honza, board member Tommy Aguilar nominated Bill Chapman to serve as vice president in the position held previously by Julie Pierce.
