An avoidable traffic accident on the southbound Freeway Service Road next to I-45 in Alma caused the deaths of two men who were struck and killed by a drunk driver at approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22.
Two vehicles were involved in the wreck about 100 yards south of Exit 244 said a report filed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers.
