If Ennis wasn’t already attracting over one-thousand visitors a day to the Bluebonnet Trails throughout April, the city will now become the epicenter of a total solar eclipse on Monday afternoon, April 8.
The moon will appear to block the sun in a once-in-a-lifetime event when Ennis will go dark for 4:23, more than any area in Texas, except for Kerrville, which will last one second longer (4:24).
