Director of the Ennis Economic Development Corporation, Jim Wehmeier, announced on Tuesday the newly appointed officers of the EDC.
Julie Pierce, who is an owner of The Vine at 119 and who has years in banking as well as serving as the Vice President on the Ennis ISD school board, is the new EDC President. She is uniquely qualified on multiple fronts to head the position.
