Six weeks after the city held a Special Election to name a new Mayor-Pro-Tem and Mayor, Ennis is back at the polls for a runoff. Next Saturday, March 14, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., registered voters who live in the city limits, have only one race, between David Espedal and Chad Wester. Both are Ennis natives and are seeking the unexpired term of Mayor-Pro-Tem.
