Former Ennis City Manager, Randall Scott Dixon, has secured an equivalent position in south central Texas with the City of Castroville.
Dixon enjoyed a very successful stint in Ennis for nearly four years, from February 2016 to November of 2019. He resigned after a disagreement with city leadership regarding the Police Department, whom he supported.
