Honoring the Honor Flight Veteran

City of Ennis Mayors, past and present (left-to-right), Bill Lewis, (present) Angie Juenemann and Russell Thomas met with a group of locals at a truck stop on South Kaufman to honor Bill and Virginia Lewis, the last of area veterans who flew to Washington D.C. on the first Honor Flight. Marylyn Wylie, who now lives in Colorado, coordinated the luncheon.
