Like the theme song of The Jefferson’s eleven-year sit-com, Moving On Up, the new downtown in Ennis reached the top this week when city leaders were presented with the 2020 Texas Downtown Association President’s Awards.
The Dallas Street Project earned the Best Public Improvement Category by the TDA, who annually sponsors the program to recognize outstanding projects, places, and people of Texas.
