Schlotzky’s opens in Ennis

An Austin-based eatery opened in Ennis and drew 103 early-bird people for a first taste. David Minkley (left) was first in line, camping outside from 6:30 p.m. until the 9 a.m. opening. Next to him was Robert Lozez (black hoodie), who arrived at 4 a.m. The owners of the new sandwich restaurant, which claims over 350 franchises, are Jackie and Cary Albert. Jason Wilson is the General Manager.
