Ellis County and District Attorney Ann Montgomery announced that Marvin Scales, 53, of Waxahachie, Texas, pled guilty to two counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child, one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and one count of Sexual Assault of a Child.
