Ellis County and District Attorney Lindy Beaty announced that on March 11, 2026, Kelton Everett Evans, Jr., 30, of Grand Prairie, was convicted by a jury of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1-B (Fentanyl) with Intent to Deliver. In addition, he was fined $75,000.
