Michael Jerry (Mickey) Kubelka passed away on July 11, 2021.
He liked to garden, fish and Facebook! He was born in Ennis on Feb. 18, 1951, to Frank H. and Emily Dolezal-Kubelka.
Mickey attended primary school at St. Johns Catholic School and then later went on to graduate from high school in Avalon ISD in 1969. Upon graduation he served in the U.S. Navy for 2 years.
Mickey is survived by his dog, Lucy; daughter, Suzi McGinnis; three granddaughters: Hannah Tay, Portland and Ares McGinnis; sisters: Margaurete Patterson and Marcella Anderson; brothers: Robert and Uge Kubelka.
