During a meeting at the EISD Administration building on Knox Street, the School Board made news the easy way. Superintendent Jay Tullos announced the deadline to enter the upcoming election as a candidate to oppose two current trustees whose term was expiring in May, had no one apply, thus negating the need for an election.
