Rather than investing all resources at prohibitive measures, Uvalde taught much about effective response tactics. Tullos and the Trustee Board have “taken steps over recent years to ensure facilities are well-equipped and that procedures are implemented on a daily basis. EISD is working this summer to review all plans, facilities, technology, and staffing.”
