Ennis High School took bold steps towards solidifying both the baseball and softball programs this fall by resurfacing both fields with artificial surfaces. Covered batting cages will soon be completed along with pitching bullpens.
The $2.5 million project moved dirt from the diamonds to adjacent auxiliary fields and towards building a permanent discus pit for Track & Field.
