Eighteen neighborhood fishing lakes, as they are referred by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), including five in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, will receive thousands of young catfish starting the weekend of April 14-16.
According to Kirk McDonnell, from the TPWD press office in Austin, the catfish being stocked this year are “big enough to catch and eat.”
