Construction projects in Ennis are not suffering from the dog days of summer according to Director of Planning and Development, Mark Richardson.
Barely out of sight, the new Prairie View subdivision by Lennar is currently installing the water and sewer lines for Phase I at their site at Ensign Rd. and Liska Rd., just south of US 287. The total buildout is 1,092 homes over a couple of years.
