Completion of the job at the Bardwell Bridge has run into a snag during the final leg of the one-mile, two-lane project according to Texas Department of Transportation.
Evidently, the contractor departed the job about a month ago, along with his crew and equipment. Reports unconfirmed by either the company or TxDOT, were claims of budget over-runs or shortages.
