Ellis County citizens will soon head to the polls to reelect the current District Attorney or the lone challenger for the gavel. Both are Republicans. Growing at over two percent per year, the 205,307 residents will be represented by the 137,000 who are registered voters.
Early voting begins February 20 through March 1. Election Day for the primary is March 5. The position is a four-year term.
