William Adkison demonstrated his cattle catching skills at the 2024 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo’s Calf Scramble, where the Ennis resident caught a calf during the event.
A calf scramble gives 20 students an opportunity to catch 10 calves, which are set loose in Dickies Arena. Elusive and in no mood to be tackled and pinned, the calves make it a huge challenge to be captured.
