Second-year HC Casey Waterman-Anderson, a SAGU grad, has made great strides with Ennis girls softball team, even after posting a 22-17 record a year ago. While the Lady Lions’ 9-4 district mark was second only to Forney’s (31-7-1) 12-0 blitz in league action, Anderson has rebuilt and retooled a squad that has gotten off to a 14-3-2 start.
