Ennis Public Library moved a huge step closer to its January move-in of its renovated location when City Commissioners voted unanimously, 6-0, on September 17, to approve $347,195 for new shelving and furniture. Temporary facilities currently utilize 115 W. Brown St. (the old Municipal Building), while the old is made new at West Ennis Avenue – between South Gaines and South Preston.
