A prolific-scoring Palmer offense assembled a 34-29 lead at the half, but a porous defense couldn’t protect the margin in a 52-47 loss at Edgewood (2-2).
The purple-and-gold clad Bulldogs scored a pair of touchdowns to seize the lead as well as momentum in their third quarter, 44-34. Palmer countered with a long drive and a rushing TD to pull to within four-points with eight minutes on the clock.
