Tuesday, December 17, a grant agreement of $50,000 from the City of Ennis was approved in a 5-0 vote by the City Commission to The Heights Ellis County Advocacy Center. The monies for the upcoming year will come from the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) fund.
