Retiring Head of Schools, Jay Tullos, didn’t have to look far to find a new Ennis Athletic Director in Joe Kostiha. The 43-year-old, born in Fort Worth and raised in Gordon, Texas, was coaching football and serving as Assistant AD at Class 6A Weatherford.
