Carrell (Red) Napoleon Frazier Jr., 80 of Joshua, TX lost his battle with lung cancer & passed away peacefully at home on March 28, 2024.

He was born June 11, 1943, in Ennis, TX to Carrel Napoleon Frazier & Virginia Lola Spruill, the 2nd of 4 children. Carrell Sr. worked as a brakeman & conductor with Southern Pacific Railroad, which gave “Red” a lifelong respect & love for trains. After attending Ennis High School he joined the Air Force, following in his brother, Gann’s footsteps. After working in supply in the Air Force, he continued in the parts department for various auto dealerships in Fort Worth & Burleson.

He married Sandra (Sandy) Lee Hauser on April 24, 1981. They enjoyed bicycling, camping, fishing, gardening & traveling together. His hobbies were riding his motorcycles, talking on the CB & Ham radios, genealogy & enjoying his much loved dogs, especially his Bassett Hounds.

Carrell was preceded in death by his mother & father, brothers James Gann Wilson & John Andrew Frazier, son James Byron Frazier & step-mother Coleta Taylor. He’s survived by his wife Sandra, exwives Veronica Frazier & Donna Brammer, sisters Carolyn Smith, Marie Frazier, Mary Ann Mezzapelle (& husband Chris), Coleta Wilkerson & brother Robert Sterling, children Veronica (Vicky) Wilks (& husband Ron), John Andrew Frazier, Michelle Rash (& husband Lance), Carrell (CN) Frazier III (& wife Jeanne) & step-son Patrick (Patches) Brammer, plus 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews.

Cremation was held at Lone Star Cremations. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 901 Park St., Ennis, TX on June 9th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
