I see the moon . . . again

It’s been about 17 years since I spent an evening with the moon.

While a new roof is an extraordinary expense that no one wishes to fund, I could not argue with the necessity of it: our original roof was nearly 33 years old and had served us well. We had no leaks, no problems…it had simply stood guard against the wind, rain and sun as long as is possible for a collection of architectural shingles.
