Avalon (2-1) suffered their first loss when Coolidge (1-2) snapped a fourth quarter deadlock to earn a 48-41 upset win. The Yellowjackets took a 20-14 lead into the third quarter, where both teams swapped scores the rest of the way. Stats were not available at press time.
