Winning their third in four matches, Palmer didn’t take advantage of last Friday’s 3-1 win over third place Malakoff (19-13) by letting Kemp (9-12) top them, 3-2, on Tuesday. They had swept the Jackets just two weeks earlier. The upset loss drops the Lady Bulldogs record to 17-11 overall and 4-4 in District 18-3A. Kemps is 3-5 in league action.
