A year after a last place finish in the district, Ennis has made an aboutface and earned a salute with a 3-0 sweep of Corsicana on Sept. 9. The 25-16, 25-22 and 25-10 taming of the Tigers, now 4-17, was expected. Ennis improved to 16-11 overall and 1-0 in district play.
