A rebuilt, retooled Ennis Varsity Boys Cross Country team scored a distant 12th in last week’s Midlothian XC (Cross Country) meet.

Friday night lights will be switched on this week on August 27, when No. 7 ranked Ennis opens the season at home against No. 12 Red Oak. Kickoff at Lion Memorial Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m.
