Lonnie Redning enters his 12th year as Cross Country HC at Ennis. Harriers get their first taste of morning humidity and heat when they commence official practices on Monday, July 31. A big part of their workouts are courses they run to a stopwatch. Measuring progress helps determine who runs on varsity or junior varsity.
