Miss. State coach died this week

It’s “snow wonder” that downtown Ennis has become an annual destination during the holidays. While the Elf Seek and Find remains the rage for adults, teens and kids, it still lasts two more weeks. Pick up an official game card to play. They are available at the Welcome Center at 201 NW Main Street. Search the participating downtown businesses and stop in to see what they offer! Elf Seek & Find ends on January 3rd! Get to it before it’s over!

Firing on all cylinders against a field of 21 area high school barbecue teams, Ennis placed in a tie for fourth with Palmer last weekend while competing at a regional qualifier in Southlake. The high placement earned them a spot at the state contest in early May.

Ennis Independent School District announced two transitional, administrative moves within the Central Offices on W. Knox and at Ennis High School.
