Rene Rolando Lara Sr, 72, of Ennis, went to be with the Lord on Saturday January 22, 2022, in Waxahachie, Texas.

Bobbie was born to Percy and Eldora Butler on Nov. 1, 1942. She passed away peacefully on Jan. 16, 2022, in her home in Aquilla, TX. She was a loving wife, mother to both two legged and four legged children, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts and giving homes to every stray that wondered up on the river. She will be greatly missed.

Raquel Cervantes, 74, born Feb. 26, 1947, passed away on Jan. 11, 2022.

James “Jimmy” Arthur Crowe was born on September 4, 1944, to J.D. Crow and Nellie (Hall) Crow. He passed away at the age of 77 on January 6, 2022.

Clayton Leon Lee, 84, passed away peacefully at home on January 10, 2022. He was born on December 29, 1937, to Wilmer and Ben Lee of Bardwell, Texas. He married Linda Lee on June 20, 1970, and they made their home in Ennis. Leon cherished singing at his church and leading the music program as a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
