There is an amusing story that supposedly took place at a funeral years ago. A person of local influence had passed away and naturally drew a large crowd to the service. A few minutes after reading the obituary the minister asked the audience if anyone would like to eulogize. He was astonished as no one responded.

In support of Gallo
Dear Editor:I was pleased to learn Joe Gallo had announced his candidacy for Judge - Ellis County Court at Law #3. Joe would bring dependability, fairness and a commitment to follow the law in his role as a County Court at Law Judge. I have known Joe for 18 years and have always found Joe to be an extremely ethical and logical lawyer. I was privy these past 18 years to many interactions with local Defense Attorneys and Ellis County District Attorneys. Joe’s reputation with local attorneys has always been that Joe Gallo is an honorable and respected attorney. My interactions with Joe in numerous public events easily proved to me that if I had the chance to nominate and elect Joe Gallo for an Ellis County Court at Law Judge position; then I’d be first in line.
