When you think about your health, some of the first things that probably come to mind are healthy eating, exercise, visits with a provider and other steps to help prevent and manage illness and disease.

Sokol KHB once again had three Catfish Fish Fry’s this year. Dinner includes catfish, coleslaw, beans, hush puppies, and french fries for only $10. Child plates are $5. Carry-outs will be available.
