Ennis ISD has announced key changes in leadership positions at four locations, each of them set for the fall of the 2023-2024 school year. All are from within the district.

Emergencies in Ellis County, natural or man-made, has a new staff person directing both the preparation and recovery efforts for area disasters. County Judge Todd Little announced on Monday, April 17, that Michaela Sandefer, is the new Emergency Management Coordinator.

Outpouring since March 3 tragedy

Tickets went on sale April 3 for the Neil Simon comedy ‘Rumors’ at the Ennis Public Theatre (EPT), 113 N. Dallas St, but last week its opening weekend shows were abruptly canceled due to illness among cast members.
