Walking on the wild side all weekend long
Headlining in mid-April are the popular perennials, the Texas Bluebonnets. Known statewide as the Bluebonnet City, Ennis bows to the radiant blue hues of our cherished wildflower! Vivid, colorful and not at all bashful, fields and roadsides, gardens and rolling hills, make the best of backdrops. Enjoy the 40+ miles of mapped trails all April long. Added to the attraction of the trails is the April 14-16 festival in downtown. Live music, fun and games, vendors, a carnival and the Downtown Ennis Bluebonnet Market all conspire for three days of the best of small town Americana. Ennis is definitely the place to be this weekend!
