Dr. Robert Price Roye, 60, of Waxahachie, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2022. Robert was born in San Antonio, Texas, on May 16, 1962, to Mary Beth (Rosser) and Watson “Payne” Roye.

Curtis Lee Tignor passed away on Dec. 22, 2022.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Boze Mitchell McKibbin Funeral Home, 800 S. Kaufman St., Ennis, TX 75119.

Jenna Nicole Wingo Rejcek was born in Dallas, Texas on September 9, 1986, to Angie Slovacek Wingo Juenemann and Jerry Wingo. She took her place in Ennis in a large, loving family and immediately became the center of laughter. Before she could even walk she was cracking us up with her antics, and giving a smack to anyone who dared to try to kiss or hug her beautiful little blonde self. She couldn’t really get in trouble because she just looked at you with her blue eyes and sweet face, and said “I sorry” and ran off to see what else she could get in to, probably with Dimples tucked under her arm and her signature sprocket ponytail on top of her head.

Kay Gibbons Haymond passed away on December 3, 2022, in Bluefield, Virginia. Kay was born in Ennis, Texas, on November 23, 1943. Her father was Jack Gibbons and her mother was Kathryn Scott Gibbons. Her sister, Sharon Gibbons Luby passed away in 1998. Kay was a graduated of the 1962 class of Ennis High School. She was a proud member of the Ennis High Marching Band. She always fondly remembered her time at EHS and her many school friends.

John “Richard” Wilson died in his home of natural causes on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the age of 75. He was born on September 29, 1947, in Dallas, Texas to John and Dixie Wilson.

Earl Brock Stanford of Byrd, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2022, after 95 years of a life well lived.

LaSundra Rowe-Williams, 46, passed away on Nov. 24, 2022.

Memorial service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, at Eternal Rest Funeral Home, 215 N. Dallas St., Ennis, TX 75119.
