Ennis City Commissioners and representatives from a planned development had a second dialogue in the Commission Chambers on Tuesday, and extended the item to a third meeting rather than make a decision on what information was available that evening.

Legendary Ennis Hall-of-Fame football head coach, Sam Harrell, was recognized on Tuesday, November 19, at both Lion Memorial Stadium and City Hall for his great career. Retired ten days earlier, the man with the effervescent smile and a visor was given the key to the city as well as the City of Ennis proclaiming Nov. 19 as Coach Sam Harrell Day.
