Cowboy Church of Ennis, located at 429 S.E. I-45 Service Rd., Ennis, has the following programs open to the public. All are invited to join.

Ennis Golden Circle meets Monday through Friday of each week, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1700 N. Floyd St., in Ennis. Lift Up Ennis, a city-wide prayer event, will be held Saturday, March 7 at 5 p.m. by the “Believe” sign in the parking lot of the corner of Preston and Ennis Ave. Please meet others to pray for the people of Ennis. Lifting up Ennis is our purpose and hope is the agenda.

Indian Trail Chapter of Texas Master Naturalist will host a presentation on Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, at 7 p.m., in the Family Life Center Gathering Room at First United Methodist Church, 505 W. Marvin Ave., Waxahachie. The program will be presented by Jay Whiteside, TPWD Technical Guidance Biologist, about Western Navarro County Bobwhite Restoration Initiative.

Applications are now available to high school seniors for the 2020 All American Scholar Award Program, sponsored by Catholic Life Insurance. The deadline to submit your application is March 2, 2020. Avalon ISD will hold its pre-kindergarten and kindergarten round-up for children ages 3-5 years old on Feb. 28, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Corsicana Quilt Guild meets the first Monday of each month at the Church of Christ at Westhill, 2300 Hwy 22 W., Corsicana. Social time is at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting begins at 10 a.m.
